This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding document between Studio 5 ("Studio 5," "we," "us," or "our") and the client, website visitor, or any party interacting with Studio 5's services and content ("you" or "the User").
By accessing our website, using our services, or purchasing any design work, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection

2.1 Ownership of Content
All content displayed or provided by Studio 5, including but not limited to:3D renderings, visualizations, animations, and videos
Design concepts, floor plans, and construction drawings
Text, branding, graphics, and written content
Logos, icons, website layout, and all related media
is exclusively owned by Studio 5 and is protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

2.2 Permitted Use
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:Browse, view, and interact with content on our website for personal or informational use.
Use purchased design materials strictly for personal or business interior projects as agreed upon in the service contract.
2.3 Prohibited Use
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any content from Studio 5’s website, services, or purchased designs.
Use 3D renderings, animations, or visual content for commercial resale or redistribution.
Claim ownership of any design, branding, or content from Studio 5.
Extract or alter website code, text, images, or media for unauthorized use.
Use any of our visuals, text, or branding for AI training, commercial projects, or plagiarism.
Studio 5 reserves the right to take legal action against unauthorized use or reproduction.

Client License & Service Usage

3.1 License for Purchased Design Services
Clients who purchase an interior design service receive a limited-use license for:
- Custom 3D visualizations
- Floor plans & construction drawings (if applicable)
- Personalized design recommendationsClients DO NOT own the raw source files unless explicitly purchased through an add-on service.3.2 License for Add-Ons
If purchased, the following add-ons come with usage rights for personal or business projects:Shopping list: Licensed for use within your project only.
Video walk-throughs & 360° tours: May not be resold, repurposed, or altered.
Source & editable files: If purchased, limited to in-house modifications only—resale or external use is prohibited.

Website Use & Visitor Liability Disclaimer

4.1 General Website Use
By accessing our website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. Studio 5 is not responsible for inaccuracies in website content (though we strive for accuracy).
Technical issues, downtime, or errors beyond our control.
Third-party website links that may be referenced on our site.
4.2 Limitation of Liability
Studio 5 is not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues arising from: client misuse of design materials.
Unauthorized modifications to purchased designs.
Construction errors made by third-party contractors.
Any financial, legal, or property-related impacts due to design implementation.

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Clients may request project adjustments within the revision limits stated in their service package. Additional modifications may require extra fees.

Termination of License

Studio 5 reserves the right to terminate your license if you violate intellectual property rights.
You misuse or resell licensed materials.
You fail to make full payment for services.
In such cases, Studio 5 may pursue legal action and demand the removal of any infringing materials.
