What do I need to provide to get started?

For interior projects: a floor plan (hand-drawn is fine), reference images showing your style preferences, and photos of the existing space if it already exists. For exterior projects: architectural drawings or measurements, site photos, and any style references. The more context you give us, the closer the first draft is to your vision.

What does the design process look like from start to finish?

After you submit your inquiry, we review your brief and send a custom quote within 48 hours. Once approved, we begin with a design consultation to align on direction. We then develop the 3D model and present the first render for your review. Revision rounds follow until you're satisfied. Final files are delivered via your Studio 5 Project Suite portal.

How long does a project take?

Standard turnaround is 14–21 business days for interior projects and 21–30 days for exterior projects, depending on scope and complexity. Rush delivery is available as an add-on for projects needed in 7 days.

How do revisions work?

Accepted Answer

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. A revision round means you review the renders, provide consolidated feedback, and we implement all changes in one round. Additional revision rounds can be added as an extra. We recommend collecting all feedback before submitting to make the most of each round.

How do I know which package is right for me?

Accepted Answer

If you're renovating or designing a single room, start with Single Space. If you're working on an open-plan kitchen, dining, or living area, Open Concepts is built for that.
