Copyright Policy

1. Ownership of Work Product
All visual assets, 3D models, renderings, illustrations, floor plan drawings, design concepts, mood boards, and any other creative work produced by Bullquets Holdings LLC ("Company") in connection with any client engagement are created as original works of authorship. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed written agreement, all such work product is and remains the exclusive intellectual property of Bullquets Holdings LLC, protected under applicable copyright law including the United States Copyright Act (17 U.S.C.), the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (United Kingdom), the Copyright Act (Canada), and equivalent legislation in all applicable jurisdictions.
2. License Granted to Clients
Upon receipt of full and final payment for all project milestones, the Company grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use the delivered visual assets solely for the purposes of personal use, property development, construction reference, interior design implementation, marketing of the specific property depicted, and social media or press purposes directly related to the depicted project. This license does not include the right to resell, sublicense, modify for commercial resale, or represent the work as the Client's own original creation.
3. Restrictions
The Client may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, adapt, publish, or create derivative works from the delivered assets for any purpose not expressly authorized under this Policy without the prior written consent of the Company. The Client may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, watermarks, or attribution embedded in or associated with the delivered work. The Client may not use the delivered assets in connection with any unlawful activity, defamatory content, or in any manner that could damage the reputation of the Company.
4. Portfolio and Promotional Rights
The Company reserves the irrevocable right to display all work produced for Clients in its portfolio, website, pitch materials, social media channels, and press features for the purpose of promoting its services, unless the Client has requested and received written confirmation of a confidentiality arrangement prior to project initiation. Such confidentiality arrangements are available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.
5. Third-Party Assets
Where the Client requests the use of specific third-party assets, branded products, furniture, or reference materials in visualizations, the Client warrants that they have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions for such use. The Company bears no liability for any copyright infringement arising from third-party assets incorporated at the Client's request.
6. Infringement
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any work produced by Bullquets Holdings LLC without a valid license constitutes copyright infringement and will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable law. The Company reserves the right to seek injunctive relief, statutory damages, actual damages, and recovery of legal fees in connection with any infringement of its intellectual property rights.
7. Source Files
Raw source files, 3D scene files, editable project files, and proprietary software assets used in the production of deliverables are not transferred to the Client under any standard engagement. Transfer of source files requires a separate written agreement and payment of an applicable source file licensing fee.
8. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes arising under this Policy are subject to the dispute resolution provisions set out in the Company's Terms of Service.
