Building a home from scratch in Germany demands a level of precision that leaves no room for uncertainty. This client wanted to understand every corner of his future property before a single decision was made permanent. Not a mood board. Not a floor plan. A complete spatial experience where every built-in joinery piece, every material, and every lighting scenario was resolved on screen before it existed in reality. The challenge was not just visualization. It was certainty.

We worked through the entire property room by room, treating each space as its own resolved world. The living room was anchored by a triple-sided fireplace with a floor-to-ceiling log niche, a sculptural centrepiece that divides the open plan without closing it. The kitchen was designed around dark granite and warm cabinetry, intimate despite its scale. The entrance foyer introduced the material language of the home: oak slat screens, polished concrete floors, layered warm light. The mudroom and wardrobe were scoped with the same precision as the living spaces. Nothing was left unresolved.

A complete interior, visualized in full before construction began. Every joint, every finish, every lighting decision visible and approved before it was built. The rainy Munich evening visible through every window became part of the design itself, a reminder that this home was conceived to be a counterpoint to the world outside. Warm, considered, and entirely intentional.
