A two-story home in Jupiter, Florida, seen from the street, from the air and in two finishes.
See the renders ↓Two stories among the palms
On a street of mostly single-story homes, a second story needs care. The design pairs white brick slip with light lap siding under a dark shingle roof, with a covered porch across the front and solar panels on the roof.
An aerial view sets the house in its real street, among the palms and pools next door, so its scale could be judged honestly.

Choosing the finish
We rendered the front in two finishes: white brick slip, and a smooth rendered alternative with the same siding and trim. Side by side, at the same hour and from the same angle, the owners could compare texture and warmth instead of squinting at samples.
The details carry through both: black window frames, a herringbone oak front door, wall lanterns, and a horizontal slatted fence and gate with a white mailbox pillar.

Golden hour on the street
Every view is set late in the day, when the Florida light is low and warm and the lights inside are just coming on. It shows the house the way neighbors and visitors will see it most: from the sidewalk, past the fence, with tropical planting softening the edges.
